How long are the classes?

Moms complete a 40-45 minute workout with kids in their strollers (or toddler/elementary age kids playing on side). Each workout is followed by a 15-20 minute mommy-and-me session focused on the kids (singing, dancing, instruments, bubbles, balls, etc).

What should I bring?

I recommend you bring a yoga mat or towel, a set of weights, water, and some toys your kid(s) probably won’t play with. :) Most people bring dumbbells ranging from 5-15 pounds. Don’t have weights? No problem - you can borrow mine or use your baby!

Can I try it for one class?

Do my kids have to stay in a stroller?

Absolutely not. We encourage them to run and play!

I haven’t worked out in a long time, will I be able to keep up?

Yes, don’t worry. I offer modifications for every exercise, especially for women recently postpartum.

I’m pregnant. Can I still come to class?

Yes! We’ve had many mommas workout with us throughout their pregnancy! Let me know how far along you are and I’ll offer modifications as needed.
