Moms complete a 45 minute workout with kids in their strollers (or big kids playing on side). Each workout is followed by a 20 minute mommy-and-me session focused on the kids (singing, dancing, instruments, bubbles, balls, etc). We have morning classes year round and evening classes in the Fall and Spring. For Summer and Evening Classes, a babysitter is on-site to entertain older, "non-stroller-aged" kids!
