Here's the info!


WHEN:

Monday, Oct 1 - Thursday, Oct 4;  9:30 AM (Friday, Oct 5 will be used as a "make-up" class should we experience rain). Each class includes a 45 minute workout for Moms while kiddos are in their strollers or big kids are playing on the side. Each workout is followed by a 20 minute instructor-led "Mommy-and-Me" Playtime focused on the kiddos


WHERE: 

Orchard Park, 1182 Church Street, Wall, NJ

WHAT TO BRING:  

A water bottle for you and whatever items you need for your baby or kiddo (snacks, bottle, diapers, etc). Normally, we ask all Moms to bring a set of dumbbells (5, 8, or 10 lbs) and a yoga mat or beach towel. But for your FREE week, you don't need to bring that equipment. We have some for you to use!
