FREE WEEK OF CLASSES!
(For first-timers or Moms who haven't attended classes in the past 3+ months).

Monday, Feb 10- Thursday, Feb 13, 9:30 AM
Each class includes a 45 minute workout for Moms (of all fitness levels) while kiddos are in their strollers or big kids are playing on the side. Each workout is followed by a 20 minute instructor-led "Mommy-and-Me" Playtime focused on the kiddos.
WHAT TO BRING:
A water bottle for you and whatever items you need for your baby or kiddo (snacks, bottle, diapers, etc). Normally, we ask all Moms to bring a set of dumbbells (7, 8, or 10 lbs) and a yoga mat or beach towel. But for your FREE week, if you don't have those items, don't worry! We have some for you to use!
And Remember... pretty much every mom is nervous for her first class. Its normal! And you'll see that our classes are for Moms of ALL fitness levels!
