For first-timers (or Moms who haven't attended classes in the past 6 months). Please read and register below!

Monday, August 5 - Thursday, August 8, 9:30 AM (Friday used as makeup class in case of incliment weather)
Each class includes a 45 minute workout for Moms while kiddos are in their strollers or big kids are playing with our babysitter on the playground. Each workout is followed by a 20 minute instructor-led "Mommy-and-Me" Playtime focused on the kiddos.

WHAT TO BRING:
A water bottle for you and whatever items you need for your baby or kiddo (snacks, bottle, diapers, etc). Normally, we ask all Moms to bring a set of dumbbells (5, 8, or 10 lbs) and a yoga mat or beach towel. But for your FREE week, if you don't have those items, don't worry! We have some for you to use!
And Remember... pretty much every mom is nervous for her first class. Its normal! And you'll see that our classes are for Moms of ALL fitness levels!
